PIXILAB Player AES67
This article describes how to set up AES67 Audio over IP in PIXILAB Player.
System Requirements
AES67 is available in PIXILAB Player starting from version 8.0. HW/NUC REQUIREMENTS TODO… NETWORK REQUIREMENTS TODO… PIXILAB Player AES67 is multicast only. This means that network switches must support IGMP etc. All network switches and cables must support gigabit speeds. PIXILAB Player can transmit 2-8 channels of 24 bit audio at 48 kHz with a packet time of 1 ms. Receivers must support this format. PIXILAB Player AES67 has been tested to work with AES67-compatible Dante devices. The PIXILAB Player AES67 streams are automatically discovered by Dante Controller (via the SAP/SDP protocol).
