PIXILAB Moments® Data Processing Agreement

In order to activate the "Export function" for accessing personal information hosted by the PIXILAB Moments® web service you must first provide a valid Privacy Policy on how you will use the information you collect through the PIXILAB Moments® web service.

By activating the "Export function" for accessing personal information hosted by the PIXILAB Moments® web service, you certify that you have the authority as representative of the party collecting the data and request that PIXILAB on your behalf:

• Process the data, including personal information for which we are responsible as “data controllers” (controller).
• Always comply with existing privacy laws (GDPR). Under this "data processing agreement", PIXILAB acts as "data processor" (processor) to the controller and may only carry out the services strictly necessary only further to documented instructions from the controller.
• Maintain a high level of technical and organizational security and ensure that persons authorized to process the personal data are bound by a contractual or statutory duty of confidentiality, Potential sub-processor are listed in the "Trust Centre" found in PIXILAB’s official Privacy Policy.
• Take into account the nature of the processing, assist the controller by taking appropriate technical and organizational measures, insofar as possible, to ensure fulfillment of the controller’s obligation to reply to requests by data subjects exercising their rights.
• Make available to the controller all information necessary to demonstrate compliance with its obligations and allow and cooperate fully with audits, including inspections, conducted by the controller or another person authorised to this end by the controller.
• Delete all data upon completion of the processing services, unless EU or Member State law requires that the personal data be stored.
