The place

SIG Combibloc, leading systems and solutions provider for aseptic packaging, were building a new Innovation Center in Dubai. Their contractor, Brand Lounge, was looking for a way to transform the building's ground floor into a digitally driven visitor experience.

The brief

SIG wanted to connect with their customers through multiple compelling presentations, showcasing their wide variety of packaging, filling and manufacturing products. This called for seamless interaction between touchscreen, tablets, mobiles, LED screens, TVs and computer systems around the venue, all under direct control by the show-floor staff and visitors alike.

The project

System integrator and production house Pulse Middle East devised a comprehensive system with multiple, concurrent presentation areas, videos, websites, touch and feel areas and large, cinematic display walls. Throughout the journey, new requirements were thought of and new operational modes were requested. A large number of presentation screens were managed by PIXILAB Blocks including mobile guides, large touch screens and iPads. This enabled the SIG staff to showcase their products while allowing guests to navigate presentations from a tablet or their own mobile phones.

“Blocks use of CSS allows a creative and personalised styled app to match the brand guidelines of the client.”
