SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
ADAPT INTERNATIONAL
Gorm Larsen Nordic managed the project from the first sketch to bringing the concept store alive. Adapt made the system integration, programming and management, connecting each part of this extraordinary installation. The centerpiece of the store is the car, surrounded by a multitude of presentation technologies. Behind the car is a large LED wall driven by a PIXILAB Player. Lighting above the car comes from LED strips controlled by a Martin P3 processor, driven by another PIXILAB Player synced to the main LED wall. An iPad is used to pick various scenarios. A large 3M touch, run by a PIXILAB Player, commands a projection screen through a WATCHPAX 20 driving two Christie projectors.
A multi-zone sound system is routed by a Xilica DSP/mixer. The "kids corner" sports a game for two players on a 55" display complemented by a physical user interface based on a Neonode zForce touch sensor and four fast action pads on the floor. Visitor statistics is collected and presented graphically using Google Docs. The complete experience, including the game and visitor statistics, is managed by a PIXILAB Blocks server.
